Helldivers 2 squad roles: build a team that extracts

Build the squad around jobs, not favorite weapons. Cover anti-armor, crowd control, objective interaction and team support before launching.

Call stratagems before throwing them. Friendly fire is part of Helldivers 2, so a short warning prevents a good defense from becoming a squad wipe.

One player should watch the map and keep the team moving. Clearing every patrol can drain reinforcements without advancing the mission.

At extraction, assign firing lanes and preserve one answer for heavy enemies. Do not spend every orbital strike before the shuttle countdown begins.
