You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for your account and keeping your password secure. One person per account; usernames that impersonate others or are offensive may be changed or removed.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or doxxing.
• No spam, fake Beacons/squads, or vote manipulation.
• No selling or sharing cheats, exploits, hacked accounts or malware.
• No scams, real-money trading fraud, or illegal content.

You own what you post (builds, bios, squad posts, Beacons). You grant Nexus Play a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it within the platform and its promotion. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Nexus AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Unconfirmed game information is labeled where possible, but don't rely on AI output for anything important. Free and Nexus+ usage limits apply.

Nexus+ is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. See our Subscription & Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds.

Nexus Play is an independent companion and community platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, FromSoftware, Bandai Namco, Activision, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, or any other publisher or platform holder. All game names, trademarks and imagery belong to their respective owners. Maps and visuals on Nexus Play are original artwork. Rights holders can contact us about any concern and we'll respond promptly.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Nexus Play and request account deletion at any time.

Nexus Play is provided "as is" without warranties. Game info, hardware verdicts and guides are best-effort and may be outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Play's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Nexus Play operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
