Rocket League opens its community tournament circuit to everyone

Any ranked player can now host a bracket with in-client replay review and automatic seeding.

Psyonix is rolling community tournaments into the base client, with automatic seeding and replay review for every match.

Organisers can gate entry by rank, which should cut down on smurfing in open brackets.
