GTA 6 trailer 2 breakdown: 14 details worth a second look
Daylight Vice City, crowd density, interior lighting and the small signs of a much bigger simulation.
Trailer 2, released May 6, 2025 and captured on PS5, spends far more time in daylight than the reveal did, and the crowd work is the clearest upgrade: pedestrians react, gather and move with intent.
Interiors cut between spaces without a load beat, and reflections behave consistently across wet asphalt, glass and water.
It also introduced the wider supporting cast in motion, which is where most of the officially named characters came from.
None of this is a technical announcement — it is a trailer. But it does tell you where Rockstar wants your attention.
